Got questions? We got answers!

Accommodation is not included in the ticket price. Your ticket mainly covers our event organization efforts, such as planning the event and securing venues. However, we’ll give you recommendations and deals for nearby places to stay. Plus, we’ll provide an online space for you to team up with other participants to organize shared apartments. This way we keep things flexible and let you pick your favorite option that best suits your preferences and budget.
We will share more details about the accommodation options in our event guide for participants.
Yes! As a business and networking event, the ticket price is tax deductible, however we recommend consulting with your accountant to confirm eligibility in your specific case.
Many participants have used their tickets and even some of the related travel expenses to reduce their taxes. How much you can deduct in the end depends on your country and tax advisor.
You can expect a diverse program designed to accommodate your work schedule. Our activities primarily take place outside of working hours, allowing you to focus on your tasks during the day. In the mornings, evenings, and weekends, you’ll have a range of events to choose from, including unconference sessions, workshops, private parties, fitness and yoga sessions, and even exciting day trips like our excursions to Morocco or whale-watching adventures.
Our program is co-created with the community, ensuring that everyone’s interests and skills are taken into account. If there is something you’d like to bring to the table, please visit this page to apply.

Imagine this event as a workation, providing you with the ideal blend of work and leisure all week long. The primary program activities are planned for weekends, ensuring you can handle your work responsibilities seamlessly throughout the weekdays.

Our events bring together a diverse mix of individuals—creative, productive, and passionate souls who are at various stages of their digital nomadism or remote working journey. At Nomadbase, we embrace both newcomers and seasoned pros because we believe that everyone brings unique talents to the table, and we can all learn and grow from each other’s experiences. This event is specifically designed for people who work remotely and are eager to explore the region and connect with each in the after-work hours.

Expect to meet a colorful array of people from different backgrounds, ages, genders, nationalities, and skill sets at our events. While our typical participants fall within the 25 to 50 age range, we extend a warm welcome to nomads of all ages, whether you’re young, young at heart, or seasoned with experience. After all, it’s the diversity of perspectives that enriches our community and fuels our collective spirit of adventure!
Yes, we have a Telegram channel for participants where you can connect with others. It’s a great platform to find potential roommates, coordinate travel plans, and start networking even before the event begins.

April 12th is primarily for arrivals, with our official program and some networking starting in the evening. The grand opening ceremony won’t be until the next day, so if you arrive in Tarifa late on the 12th, no worries – you won’t miss out on the excitement!

Tarifa boasts a dynamic array of coworking spaces and cafes, creating an electrifying hub for remote workers. Whether you prefer the hustle and bustle of a lively cafe or the focused atmosphere of a dedicated coworking space, Tarifa offers a variety of options to suit your preferences.

As Tarifa is located at the southernmost tip of Spain, you can expect a very pleasant weather during April and May. While it’s already warm, it’s not uncomfortably hot, making it the perfect time to visit.

Tarifa boasts plenty of fantastic campsites that are perfect for vanlife enthusiasts. You’ll find many options where you can park your van right by the beach, allowing you to enjoy the stunning coastal views and the soothing sounds of the waves.

After the event, many participants will extend their stay in Tarifa, especially since it will still be the low season until mid-June, offering fantastic deals. We highly recommend considering staying longer in this nomad hotspot. If you’re eager to keep exploring, you can team up with fellow participants and venture into the surrounding regions of Andalusia, Portugal, or even Morocco. It’s a great opportunity to create even more unforgettable experiences!

We don’t give a refund for cancelled tickets but it is possible to transfer your ticket to another member until the 20th March.
